Q: The US State Department recently announced imposing sanctions on China's Zhuhai Zhenrong Corporation. How do you comment?

A: Like many other countries, China maintains normal energy and business cooperation with Iran. The US' attempt to internationalize its unilateral sanctions against Iran and impose sanctions on relevant Chinese company based on its domestic law is totally unjustified and runs counter to the content and spirit of Security Council resolutions concerning the Iranian nuclear issue. We express strong dissatisfaction over and firm opposition to it.
