At the invitation of Vice Premier and Chinese Chair of the China-Russia Collaboration Committee on Education, Culture, Health and Sports, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and the Russian Chair of the Committee V.I.Matvienko will pay a visit to China from August 22 to 25, 2001 and co-chair with Vice Premier Li Lanqing the second Plenary Session of the above-mentioned Committee.
