A： We have taken note of the relevant reports. The so-called decision is unacceptable to the Chinese side both in its content and form. China has expressed the utmost dissatisfaction with the U.S. side, and resolutely rebuffed it. We urge the U.S. side to correct its erroneous decision, and take into consideration the reasonable request of the Chinese side so as to facilitate the appropriate settlement of the payment issue.
