Q：  What is the progress of consultations between China and the US on the return of the US EP-3 surveillance plane? Have the two sides reached any agreement?

A：  China and the United States have all along maintained contact with each other on the return of the US EP-3 aircraft.  The Chinese side has agreed in principle that the US side sends a commercial Antonov-124 cargo plane to China to transport back the disassembled EP-3.  The two sides will continue to discuss the relevant technical details.
