A： We express our condolences over the unfortunate passing away of President Kabila. We hope that the stability of Congo (Kinshasa) will be maintained and the process of political resolution of its conflicts won’t be affected. We believe that the Congo Government (Kinshasa) and its people are capable of solving its own internal problems. The Chinese Government is willing to work together with the Congo Government (Kinshasa) to continue the development of the friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries.
