On January 19,at the invitation of the Commandant of the National Defence Collegeof Zimbabwe Air Vice Marshal MT Moyo, Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mr. Lin Lin delivered a speech titled “China’s Foreign Relations and New Security Concept”at the National Defence College. Brigadier General Madzamuse, senior directing staff of the National Defence College, participants of the National Defence Course Number 3 of 2014 composed of senior officers from the Zimbabwe National Army, Air Force of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Republic Police, Zimbabwe Prison and Correctional Services and the President’s Department, senior civil servants from otherZimbabwean government ministriesas well asofficers from SADC regions, and the Chinese military instructors attended.

During the speech, Ambassador Lin gave a briefing about China’s development, China’s diplomacy including China-Africa and China-Zimbabwe relations, and China’s new security concept, and answered questions raised by the audience.
