On December 6, Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mr. Lin Lin hosted the Breakfast Meeting on the 4th Plenary Session of the 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee. ViceMinister of the International Department of CPC Central Committee Xu Lyuping, Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs of ZANU-PF Cde. Chipanga, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Cde. Mutsvangwa, Secretary for External Affairs of ZANU-PF Women’s League Cde. Malinga, Zimbabwean Ambassador to China Cde. Chikawa and other Zimbabwean officials, scholars and media representativeswere present.

During the meeting, Vice Minister Xu delivered a keynote speech focusing on the 4th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and CPC’s experience on party construction and governance in recent years. After her speech, the participants discussed the importance of the Rule of Law in governance, and how to deepen the relations between the two countries and the two governing parties especially on further strengthening the exchanges and cooperation in the field of the Rule of Law.
