On October 17, Ambassador Lin went to Morton Jaffray Waterworks to inspect Harare water treatment project implemented by China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC).

Ambassador Lin listened to a briefing on the progress of the project by CMEC and inspected project sites accompanied by Harare Town Clerk Dr. Mahachi.
