Notice on Launching the China Online Visa Processing System

China Online Visa Processing System will be officially launched by the Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe on March 31, 2025. Applicants could enjoy convenience of filling out the form and uploading materials online through this system. Please visit the website at https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/ for more details.

The applicants can use personal email account to log in the new system. After the online audit is passed, the applicant needs present the bar code of the application form on the spot at the Embassy, submit passport and other materials, and provide biological information such as fingerprints.

On March 31, 2025, the Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe will stop using the Chinese Online Visa Application (COCA) Filling System.
